Datamed follows a patient-centred approach and, in cooperation with its clients, gradually shapes the final structure of each health record.
The solutions are based on the episode of care concept and on interoperability protocols, so that they draw patient data from individual data sources across the health system and the EHR is always accessible to both the doctor and the patient.
Through its partnership with the OTE Group of Companies, Datamed has developed on behalf of H.D.Y.K.A. the Personal Electronic Health Record, which is set to become the National Health Record, as well as the Patient Summary, based on the European Patient Summary specifications.
Data exchange is based on the HL7 CDA standard, in XML format and with an epSOS-compliant structure, for full interoperability with other European health systems.
