UtilsMED Suite

The UtilsMED suite of specialised hospital subsystems has been developed by Datamed, drawing on its many years of experience and expertise in Hospital Information Systems. It is adapted to the particularities and specialised needs of Greek and Cypriot hospitals and is fully integrated with the other subsystems of healthcare facilities (HIS, LIS, ERP, BI).

With UtilsMED, Datamed covers all the processes of a modern healthcare organisation, ensuring alignment with the administrative and financial processes of hospitals. All subsystems support modern technologies, follow international coding standards and have an open architecture, so that they can be integrated using modern communication protocols.

  • Integration with EOPYY for Retrieving Electronic Referrals – iOrders
  • Integration with EOPYY for Sending and Executing Electronic Referrals – OrdersMED
  • Integration with the EOPYY Electronic Notifications system (admission/discharge/transfer notifications)
  • Integration with the H.D.Y.K.A. ATLAS system for retrieving demographic and insurance data based on AMKA (social security number)
  • Integration with H.D.Y.K.A. for retrieving and dispensing drug prescriptions
  • Dietetics – DietMED
  • Printable – Statistical Reports – ReportsMED

The above subsystems operate standalone, jointly or fully integrated with Datamed’s other products (e-MediCare, MedContent), as well as with medico//s-grk, the Greek version of medico//s, which runs on the same database as the UtilsMED suite.
