Datamed implements e-appointment applications aimed at all healthcare providers, from hospitals to private doctors and diagnostic centres, allowing patients to book the appointments they want with just a few clicks.

Datamed’s solutions are implemented in both web and mobile environments, through its platform for developing e-appointment applications, and provide a wide range of options and capabilities for small and large-scale projects, such as automatic check-in and advance patient–doctor interaction ahead of an appointment.

With its experience in nationwide projects, Datamed, through its partnership with the OTE Group of Companies, has made a significant contribution to the design and implementation, on behalf of H.D.Y.K.A. (e-Prescription Project), of a single national database – for the first time – in which all medical appointments are registered and which all citizens can access online.

All healthcare providers (private doctors, hospital outpatient clinics, etc.) nationwide are able to manage and publish their available appointments, as well as non-public appointments. The application covers all types of appointments: regular, afternoon, emergency, EOPYY and private.

Citizens schedule / book their appointment with the provider of their choice from their computer or mobile phone, and the application automatically notifies the doctor or hospital.
